Benapol is the first 30% Bio polyurethane, Benact the first flexible bactericidal polyurethane, and BH2O concentrated water-based release agent. Materials that are in continuous development.
Benapol ® Carbon 14 tested system, certifies a 30% biomass filler of Non organic origin using polyoids derived from soybean processing waste, free of phosphates, halogenates and flame retardants according to the new California “Proposition 65” regulations.

- For every one million pounds of Benapol produced you save around 2000 barrels of oil.
- During the foaming process air pollution is reduced by more than 30%.

- Self-extinguishing class: 1IM
30% BIO FILLER
- Self-extinguishing class: 2IM
- California Bulletin 117 class which is free from phosphates, halogens and flame retardants. New legislation 2020.
ALL BETECHNO SYSTEMS ARE TESTED BY INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNISED CERTIFICATION BODIES.
NB: The use of these systems requires modifications to the foaming equipment.
